Market Job Description
Researches, compiles and reports work unit and individual volume, productivity, quality and other statistics. Using database queries and spreadsheets, provides periodic reports to management with formatting or report design recommendations. Coordinates, monitors and executes daily production of reports used in the work unit. May perform routine systems-related tasks (passwords, user access, etc.) and work with technical group to resolve simple problems. May reconcile assigned general ledger accounts. May revise and implement policies, procedures and training materials to assure compliance with government regulations and to maximize efficiency and customer service. Receives detailed instruction on work from supervisor.

Responsibilities
Responsibility includes, but not limited to:
. Responsible for evaluating financial performance of property /guarantor based on a variety of factors and determining an appropriate risk rating, both qualitative and quantitative. This would include review of financial documents, such as balance sheet, income statement and rent rolls
. Perform year-on-year comparative analysis of financial statements to derive the income and expenses variances.
. Review loan documents and summarize salient facts of the loan and ongoing covenants (both financial and non-financial) to be maintained by the borrower.
. Review third party documents, such as appraisal, lease agreements report to infer overall performance of the property and identify significant factors which may impact property.
. Document and synthe all of the findings based on above mentioned reviews.
. Understand the feedback received from the Senior Analyst and implement the same in their day to day work.
Essential Qualifications
. 0 to 1 years of overall experience in commercial real estate industry or relevant industry.
. Ability to read, comprehend and synthe data from multiple sources into one prescribed template.
. Good understanding of Financial Concepts, Income and Expenses analysis, Balance Sheet Analysis and Ratio Analysis.
. Good knowledge in excel.
. Excellent communication skills, with good comprehension and business writing skills.
Desired Qualifications
. Master Degree in Accounting, Finance and Economics
. Any professional Finance/Accounting/Economics certification would be a plus
