Mandatory Skill – Opentext , Guidewire with Claim Center Opentext Application Support Engineer must Provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
Key Responsibilities : Work directly with the client understanding the requirements to align technology with business strategy and goals
Implement required integration changes as per the business requirements, unit testing
Should be willing to work in rotational shifts

Well versed with deployment, administration and troubleshooting of the OpenText Content Suite Platform and surrounding components (Content Server, xECM, Brava, OTDS, Search & Indexing). Experience with Cloud deployment of the Content Suit Platform will be an advantage.
Good experience/knowledge of the following:
- Experience delivering service using ITIL methodology
- Knowledge of Windows, UNIX, and Application administration skills in a TCP/IP networked environment.
- Experience working with relational DBMS (PostgreSQL/Postgres, Oracle, MS SQL Server, MySQL)
- Programming/scripting (ie. SQL, .sh/.bat, Java, JavaScript)
- Familiarity with configuration and management of web/application servers (IIS, Apache, Tomcat, JBoss, etc.).
- Good understanding of object-oriented programming, Web Services, LDAP configuration, and RDBMS concepts
Nice To have: Opentext Content Server Administrator Certification.
