1. Exhibiting features, specifications and value of the product to the customers.
2. Presenting the loan schemes (Rate of Interest, EMI amount, Tenure of the loan) provided by the organization according to the principle value of the product.
3. Follow up & maintaining relationship with customers.
4. Assessing customer’s needs and provide solutions based on the service offered by the organization.
5. Monitor market conditions and competitor’s services, prices and sales.
6. Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets.
7. Develop processes to obtain leads through possible sourcing opportunities, and work closely with the team to leverage clients.
8. To submit daily recovery MIS report to Area / Regional Head on performance / operational issue / disputed cases, if any.
9. Ensure & monitor the team, on recording the daily customer follow-ups in the collection system through field executives and giving daily feedbacks to team
10. Timely payment receipting, cash deposition and adhere to the collection process
