Key Tasks/Responsibilities:
1. The key responsibilities & result areas are detailed below. This list is merely indicative and not exhaustive. The role may be modified/adapted on an on-going basis to align with the changing dynamics of business.
2. To draft the process and procedures (Detailed narratives, Flow charts, check lists, risk & control matrix, and gap assessment report)
3. Performing walkthroughs to test control design/operating effectiveness.
4. To Test and prepare test scripts at regular intervals so that process compliance is ensured.
5. To evaluate & report internal control deficiencies and suggest ways to mitigate the risks.
6. To collaborate and coordinate the activities with all cross functions and process owners, also with outsiders of the company including accountants, auditors, financial consultants etc.
7. To carry out any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the reporting manager.
Experience & Education:
Qualification CA Inter (We don’t need fully qualified CA) or MBA or graduate & at least 4-10 years working experience with latest 3 years working on Internal Controls (ICFR)/Internal Audit profile.
