Job Description :• Prepare statutory accounts for a portfolio of international clients, using management account information produced by the management accounts team, using Word/ Excel/ other accounting software.
• Be part of a small team within the Compliance department, completing work within
that team in order to meet client deadlines, and reporting directly to a Supervisor.
• Liaising with other departments within to complete the statutory accounts e.g. management accounts, corporate tax, and the stock options team.
• Keeping up to date with international accounting principles and practices.
• Keeping up to date with international auditing requirements and liaising with external auditors to resolve audit queries arising.
• Assist the department Manager and supervisors in carrying out training of new, junior staff.
• Alerting your Supervisor with regard to delays and potential issues so that work schedules can be revised as necessary.
• Communicating professionally within and externally with auditors and affiliates / third parties, to plan, perform and wrap up projects, using email, mail, fax and Video Conferencing as necessary.
• Set up and maintain permanent client files.
• Help to create and maintain a positive and motivating work environment.
• Contribute to the identification and adoption of more efficient working practices.
• Participating in monthly compliance team meetings.
• Ad hoc admin duties
• Liaise with Audit firms/teams/countries.
• Communicate with the LSP / audit team.
• Keeping the track of all the due dates and status of work, maintain a tracker.
• Liaise with cross departments to get the work done.

Salary – 3.5lpa to 4lpa
