Project Manager and Project Leads : Candidate should have a strong software development skillset with the ability of decision-making capable to drive the project independently and appropriate development cycle process skillset to deliver projects on time
Experience: Minimum 6 to 15 years of Java experience with the ability to manage 12-to-18-member team

Roles and responsibility and skills Required: An Independent driver to manage the project in all phases to deliver the project on time with customer satisfaction
· Analyze the project risk, planning the project activities and ability to meet project deadlines
· Organize, build and motivate the effective project team
· Ensure customer satisfaction and monitor project progress
· Should have a clear vision and high hopes of producing the desired result
· Managing reports and necessary documentation
· Focas on code optimization, quality and maintainability
