Primary job responsibilities
• Learn about and become an expert on Apttus pricing configuration
• Learn price management processes and guide continued improvement to streamline and reduce errors
• Support the case teams around pricing discrepancies or missing offerings and deliver on required changes
• Prepare for the quarterly pricing load by analyzing communicated price and offering changes; prepare and deliver loads in test environments and in production
• Work with Quality Assurance (QA) teams to validate load data
• Coordinate with the team implementing new pricing and offering integration to remove manual steps in order to ensure smooth production cutover
Required skills
• 4+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and administering in SFDC
• 2+ years of experience working in a business systems analyst or equivalent role working with application development projects, preferably in a global organization
• Solid analytical skills, particularly in the areas of data analysis
• Experience collaborating in a team
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or similar; equivalent business experience is a plus
• Apttus product and pricing certifications are a big plus
• SFDC Administrator Certification is a plus
