Experience: Minimum 3 Years
Job Responsibility:
⢠Responsible for finance and accounting operations
⢠Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements
⢠Responsible for accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, Revenue Recognition & Import/Export procedures
⢠Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
⢠Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting, product cost calculations
⢠quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
⢠comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
⢠Debt management and collection, preparing company tax and statements, Ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations, Payroll processing etc.â¦
Skill sets:
⢠Excellent accounting software user and administration skills: SAP knowledge will be advantageous
⢠Excellent English oral and written communication skills with ability to connect with customers, internal/external stakeholders, service providers and co-workers at all management levels, German Language will be given weightage
⢠Knowledge of Hindi / local regional language is essential
