Search for Samples Tested

The search enables end users to check whether a particular sample is tested as per the Standard and whether a test report / test certificate was issued by CPRI to the manufacturer. However, absence from the list does not imply that a certificate is not issued/false.

Test report / test certificate issued data will be available for the period of last ten years.

For verification / authentication of the complete test report / test certificate, the end user may approach Quality Manager, CPRI (Please refer Terms & Conditions below)

Searching Guidance

  • Search enables users to search samples tested details within the duration of last ten years.
  • For searching the details of test report/ test certificate, the user must enter complete Test Report Number as mentioned on the Test Report/Test Certificate.

Payment Terms:

CPRI is extending the service of verification of authenticity of test report(s) issued by CPRI,
at the request of State Electricity Company(s), PSU(s) or any other organization. A fee of
Rs. 1865/- (Inclusive of 18% GST) per report for Indian customers and $36 (Inclusive of
18% GST) per report for overseas customers, will be charged towards the service offered
by CPRI for verification of the authenticity of CPRI test report(s). The findings of verification
will be communicated through a letter by speed post or fax or email. Any organization
requesting CPRI to check the authenticity of CPRI test report(s) will have to make the
payment in advance in the form of Online-Payment (click here to pay online) for Indian
customers and RTGS/NEFT/SWIFT for Overseas customers for test report verification .

Verification of test report will be entertained for the following cases:

  1. Requests received from Government Organizations, PSUs, State Electricity Distribution/Transmission Companies for tender purpose or other official purposes.
  2. Request received from private organizations with an official letter of request for verification/ Authentication.
  3. Request received for verification of test reports which are within 10 years from the date of issuance of the report.
  4. Scanned copies of the test reports in full to be verified/authenticated shall be
    submitted by the organization requesting verification through official email to
    reportverify@cpri.in

Note: Note: CPRI may seek documents deemed necessary for undertaking verification of reports
and the same have to be furnished as applicable
