A minimum of 5 years plus experience in Identity and Access Management and Single Sign-on.
· A minimum of 5 to 6 years of OKTA implementation experience.
· Subject matter expert in Authentication, and Provisioning services including OKTA, SSO, SAML, Active Directory, LDAP, and related complex technologies
· Experience with O365, Active Directory, ADFS and LDAP
· Experience with web services to include RESTful and SOAP API’s
· Experience in Okta Integration Network (OIN) provides comprehensive single-sign-on, MFA, user management, and mobile/laptop integrations to over 100 cloud services, such as G Suite, Salesforce, Box, Slack and GitHub.
· Create custom reports based on client provided requirements. Will require to create workflows for auto creation
· Experience with network, systems, and cloud application identity and access management and compliance.
· ITSM tool integration
· Capacity planning, performance monitoring, and Operations support to ensure high availability
· Strong troubleshooting and incident resolution skills
· Must be able to manage multiple and competing priorities with little supervision
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are required.
· Leadership experience with strong communication skills working with Management.
