Key Responsibilities:
P2P Process
. Verification of manpower POs against the budget, provision, and as per minimum wages
Statutory
. Handle annual tax/cost audits
. Filing of excise returns on time
. Filling of GST/TDS/TCS return on time
MIS/Factory Controls
. Preparation and analysis of labor MIS
. Perform self-assessment of factory controls by performing self-audit
Plan/FC/Month End
. Ensure closure of all work orders
. Lead month-end closure activities for both the units
. Reconciliation of scrap entries
. Analysis of plan/FC exercises
