Job Responsibilities:
• Handling incoming calls and other communications of the HOD.
• Managing filing system and recording information as needed.
• Making correspondence, drafting and typing letters & reports.
• Performing general office duties and maintain travel & banking records of the HOD.
• Organizing travel by booking accommodations and reservations needs as required.
• Coordinating events as necessary.
• Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
• Any other work assigned by the HOD
Key skills:
• Good written & Verbal communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work well under limited supervision.
• Attention to detail
• Flexibility, Proactive and take initiative
• Proficiency in MSOffice
