Position:- Office administrator
Qualification:- Any Graduate
Experience:- Around 1 to 4 years’ experience from Manufacturing Company. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities:-
• Maintain files and records.
• Support other teams with various administrative tasks.
• Co-ordinate bank- related clerical work
• Vehicle tracking and analysis of vehicle routes
• Production report tracking and maintaining related Google docs
• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
Create and whenever necessary
• Update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Assist colleagues knowledge of office equipment (e.g. optical scanner, printer)
Compensation : Will commensurate with experience and competency of the candidate
