Job description:

  • Responsible for identifying and sourcing of vendors at the time of establishment of new branches or if the need arises. These include Chair vendors / Inverter vendors / A/c vendors / Water purifier vendors / Movers & packers etc.
  • Receiving Visitors.
  • Payment Tracker & Management.
  • Managing Travel Bookings.
  • Petty Cash handling.
  • Courier Management.
  • Utility Bills management ,office amenities management & maintenance
  • Handling Daily office expenses.
  • Coordinating with vendors for housekeeping materials, stationery materials,

Lead in Venue arrangement for events, meeting & conferences for management.

  • Working knowledge of Email & MS office application.
  • Data Compilation and co-ordination with respect to attendance of Security, Housekeeping &Vendor.
  • Facility management which includes monitoring office cleanliness, maintain office equipment’s, ensure smooth functioning of office assets.

Required Candidate profile
Required Candidate profile:
The candidate must be a graduate from any stream.
Good Communication skill (written and verbal).
Must be willing to travel as per business requirement.
Good planning & organizing skills.
Must be able to locate and negotiate with the new and existing vendors.
Resolve infrastructure & administration related issues with respect to the mapped branches.
Proactive and self motivated.
