Job Description: • 5 + years’ experience in MS Exchange administration & Configuration
• O365 support, configuration and troubleshooting, certificate and topology management
• 5 + years Server support and troubleshooting, plus design experience
• 5 + years customer service in the area of technology support
• Knowledge of Server Technology installation, configuration, administration, troubleshooting and support
• Microsoft family of Operating Systems, particularly Windows Server 2008, 2012 and 2016
• High Level of communication and interpersonal skills and ability to understand technical issues and clearly articulate solutions to clients
• Time management skills
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
