New Language Specialists- urgent requirement,
Here are the levels that we are looking for in the language specialists.
Japanese – N2/N3 Level (reading/writing/comprehension)
Mandarin – Intermediate Level (reading/writing/comprehension)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Interaction with program owners, partners, account managers, systems and operations teams, and other stakeholders to ensure operational excellence (email, phone, chat, web conference)
Complete daily, weekly and monthly operational processing tasks and resolve systemic issues
Ensure service level agreements are met
End-to-end ownership of specific processes
Understand inter-dependencies of the processes and systems
Analysis of program elements & reporting to identify & communicate trends, issues & areas of ongoing improvement
Deliver presentations to stakeholders
EXPERIENCE
1-2 years of experience in a partner/customer service environment
JOB REQUIREMENTS / COMPETENCIES
University degree
Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a relevant role
Preferred previous experience working in sales/sales support, contract administration, finance/accounting, or related role
Proficient in MS Office/Excel
Excellent numeracy and keen attention to detail
Analytical skills & ability to think strategically
Very good communication skills, both written and verbal(English)
Self-directed, with ability to work independently with minimal oversight while exercising excellent judgment
Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
Problem solving & troubleshooting skills to resolve systemic operational issues
Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
Enthusiasm, energy and ability to engage with stakeholders
Be able to articulate and advocate program elements
Have an excellent attitude to work and win as a team player
