Job Description :
Fault management L2
Lead day-to-day network operation issues/discussions with the customer/ central team on network operation and KPI improvement. Coordinate with internal/external areas for Performance Transition.
Troubleshooting knowledge in SDH, PDH, VC4, E1 Level.
Good Knowledge in ADSL, DSL concepts with Voice, Data split.
Good Knowledge with MPLS technology; BGP;
Good Knowledge in Customer, Field Engineer interaction and fault analysis and Fault fix
Good Knowledge in Fiber, Copper and DSL, VDSL Connectivity and Platform with Huawei UA5000 Dslam,
Basic understanding knowledge of IP and Cisco & Juniper Routers, Modem, RADWIN, Huawei Swtiches 5300, 3328, Cisco 897 NTUs
Network management and analysis by Follow agreed escalation timeframes/ Review and 3rd Party lease line engagement, Escalation and fault fix
Good Knowledge on Ticket Handling, Tier 2 Engagement
Good communications and interpersonal skills, readiness to work in a dynamic and international environment as well as teamwork capability are all required skills.Supports his/her team members in their tasks regarding performance practices, process and tools.
Self-motivated, Goal Oriented, Proactive and able to execute multi-task independently in a team environment, Ability to deliver excellent results under pressure Excellent communication and presentation skills
