Netsuite – Developer 4-9 Yr Exp – Team Leader/ Technical Leader Job Bengaluru / Bangalore

ROLE DESCRIPTION
Job Purpose :
• Provide NetSuite expertise utilizing industry experience, business analysis, best practices and a pragmatic mindset to facilitate clients’ most complex requirements.
• Possess the ability to design and maintain applications on the NetSuite system from interpreted business requirements
• Interface with outside ERP implementation team resources to address customization and configuration requirements based on business needs to achieve overall project goals.
• Participate in cross-functional internal team (Implementation Team) to build/manage technology platform from design through delivery overcoming challenges and unknowns.
• Develops implementation plans reports custom scripts and testing procedures to ensure operational reliability. Trains staff on how to use new software and reports developed and/or acquired.
• Participate in the collection and documentation of business requirements for integration and implementation into ERP system.
• Participate in the Identification and resolve issues by recommending modifications to business processes.
• Participate in the analysis of workflows process improvements and business practices to streamline business operations.
• Participate in problem-solving efforts often involving outside vendors and other support personnel and/or organizations and performs troubleshooting as required.
• Staying current with technological developments in business application technology and providing recommendations for Cross Company to take advantage of new technology
• Drive test planning, execution, and optimization support.
• Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions with new customers to determine configuration requirements both on-site and remote.
• Prepare Business Requirements and Technical Scoping Documents resulting from the above noted mapping sessions to provide proposed solutions for the requirements for customer approval.
• Build, develop and test detailed scripted customized solutions and prototypes.
• Troubleshoot issues that arise during configuration sessions.
• Provide on-going post implementation support to optimize user adoption and NetSuite configuration.
Qualifications

Required:
• At least 3+ years of experience in SuiteScript 1.0, 2.0
• Expertise in NetSuite ERP module.
• Have experience throughout the complete NetSuite software development life-cycle
• Technical experience in understanding the NetSuite framework and requirements
• Hands on working knowledge on SuiteScript 1.0 & 2.0, SuiteFlow, SuiteBundler, SuiteTalk, SuiteBuilder
• Minimum 2 projects on NetSuite implementation covering Enable features, Web Services integration, Data migration (CSV import & export), Add XML,HTML, CSS, SQL
• Development experience with Client Side / Server Side JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, AJAX and 3rd Party APIs,
• Should have solid experience in schedule script, Restlet, SuiteTalk framework
• Maintain users, roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, Data Migration
• Developed point to point integrationsmiddleware-based integrations to different cloud and on premise systems
• Understand the requirements for integration, analyze, discuss with client SME to map requirements into design
• Functional understanding of O2C, P2P and R2R flows
• Should be able to suggest best technical approach for a given integration requirement
• Should have worked on complex integration landscape with NetSuite connected to multiple systems
• Provide on-going post implementation support to optimize user adoption and NetSuite configuration.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
