• Setup and configuration of primary and secondary storage
• Configuration and Performance tuning of all storage, backup, and NAS environments
• Responsible for backup and recovery methodologies and application of these methodologies including retention, reclamation, and disaster recovery
• Respond to, diagnose and re-mediate issues in a dynamic environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently or in an international team environment
• Generate performance and data usage reports, manage and maintain storage growth, capacity planning
• Ability to work on project teams, delivering on key project milestones, and communicating effectively with a wide variety of people
