Specific Responsibilities

Understanding of the channel network, educational dynamics of the market and the industrial area.
Responsible for building end-to-end direct model in rural & urban areas.
Manage pan India sales & ensure building high quality and granular SIL portfolio.
Ensure to build a high performing team with strong focus on productivity & retention.
Develop strategies to have constant connect with customers.
Strong focus on market intelligence and creating competitive advantage in the SIL segment.
Portfolio Management –Manage portfolio by tracking through various MIS reports and analyzing portfolio profitability, credit Risk, provisioning and delinquency flow rates.
Market mapping and competition benchmarking of the product.
Deliverables
Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned and new educational institutions.
Maintains high partner satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
Review the performance of Regional and Zonal Sales Managers and provide structured feedback.
To ensure compliances are taken care

Eligibility

At least 12-16 years of relevant sales experience in any kind of service or sale of product to Education Institutions/industries.
Existing relationships with educational institution could be additional advantage.
Institution Loan could be additional advantage.
