1. Aadhaar registration of the candidate is mandatory.
2. It will be mandatory to bring the original photo identity card to the examinations conducted by the board. In the form of an original photo identity card, the candidate can select any one of the voter ID cards, PAN cards, Aadhaar cards, driving licenses, and passports. E-Aadhaar will be valid only after it is verified by UIDAI. In the absence of the original photo identity card, the candidate will be debarred from appearing in the examination.
3. In addition to the original identity card as decided in the rule book, the candidate should carry his Aadhaar Card / E-Aadhaar Card. It is mandatory to bring a photocopy of the Aadhaar card, Aadhaar number, and Aadhaar VID information.
4. Aadhaar-based multilevel biometric verification is mandatory at the time of admission and during the examination.
5. Candidates will be allowed to enter the examination center till the reporting time for the examination. After this, the candidates coming late will not be eligible for admission.
6. Use of electronic devices such as mobile phones, calculators, log tables, copy papers, etc. is strictly prohibited in the examination hall.
7. Candidates can get their admit card for online examination only through the online application number. Therefore Keep the application number safely safe, for which all the responsibility will be of the applicant.
8. It is mandatory for the applicant to bring a black ballpoint pen and admit card downloaded from the board’s website for admission to the examination hall at the examination center.
9. After the commencement of the examination, no candidate will be allowed to leave the examination hall till the end of the examination.
10. Verification of any certificates of the candidates while filling the application form will be done by E.S.B. It is done by the concerned department during the recruitment process and not by the concerned department.
11. It is mandatory for the candidates to have live registration in the employment office of Madhya Pradesh state for all the above categories.
12. Candidates belonging to special primitive tribal communities of Madhya Pradesh such as Baiga, Saharia / Saharia, and Bharia Scheduled Tribes should submit their applications for non-executive posts in hardcopy (in format-3 of the rule book) enclosing all necessary certificates- Separate applications will have to be sent directly to the concerned department without sending it to the board till the last date of filling the letter. The application form sent to the Board will be considered invalid.
13. There will be no provision of exemption from the examination for the candidates of primitive tribes (Baiga, Saharia / Saharia, and Bharia) for recruitment in the post of department executive, those candidates should apply online for the examination as Scheduled Tribe candidates (such In such a situation, all the clauses related to Baiga, Saharia, and Bharia of the rule book will be valid as deleted.)
