Hands-on experience on MOM layer tools like Moogsoft, CA SOI
Expertise in Moogsoft and should be able to handle the tool end to end (both admin and implementation roles)
working experience in integrations, event deduplication, event correlation using moogsoft
Familiar with enterprise monitoring tools integrations with Moogsoft like Datadog, Sevone, Solarwinds, Zabbix, ITSM(SNOW/Remedy) etc
Understanding of event management process and ITIL Process
Hands on Java script or any programming language
Familiar with ITSM concepts and tools
Good communication skills and should be able to resolve issues stand up in daily operations
