As a Mobile Device Management Support Engineer, you will work collaboratively with product management and other experienced technology resources to build and support a suite of mobile products. The product suite technology is primarily iOS with MobileIron MDM, but also includes some MacOS and Jamf MDM based products.

Required
- Working knowledge of iOS and iOS mobile device management (MDM)
- Enterprise experience deploying applications and configurations via Apple Configurator and MobileIron MDM
- Experience with Apple Business Manager (ABM) [formerly Apple DEP]
- Ability to triage and troubleshoot mobile device technology issues including, but not limited to, application installations, network connectivity and device management issues
- Team player with desire to learn and grow in the role to take on additional challenges
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience writing and maintaining technical documentation
Preferred
- Bachelor or Master of Science in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
- Experience with other MDM technologies including InTune, Airwatch and SCCM
- Experience with DevOps lifecycle tools including GitLab
- Experience with Swift, Bash, Go or Python programming languages
