Required Skills :

We are looking for mobile application developers with excellent technical skills and a
passion for building solutions for today’s complex digital world. As a mobile application
developer, you will be ultimately responsible for collaborating with clients, product
owners, business and technology teams on ideas, real-life business challenges, and
opportunities to convert them to a working application.

Mandatory Skills:

1. React Native (Proficient)
2. Any open source mobile testing tool (Eg:Appium)
3. HTML, CSS and Javascript (React and Angular)
4. Java, Springboot framework and python
5. API Gateway
6. Apache Jmeter
7. Any RDMBS, NoSQL and caching server

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Design and build applications for web, mobile and digital platforms.
2. Create the design and deliver components across the Front end technical
stack.
3. Deliver a high-quality working application that is highly reliable, scalable,
and maintainable.
4. Work in cross-functional teams. Collaborate with product owners, UI/UX
Designers, business users, and technical teams on analysing, designing,
developing, and implementing new features.
5. Ensure all deliverables are aligned with the defined standards and meet
the quality requirements.
6. Take end-to-end ownership of the application from its design to build,
test, deploy and support.
7. Gather feedback and continuously improve. Fix bugs, improve application
performance.
8. Discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize
development efficiency
9. Automate build, test, and deployment processes.

Experience :

1. Worked in a similar role for a financial services firm or a project for a
financial services client.
2. Build or supported any of the following areas: Internet Banking, Mobile
Banking, Digital Payments, Wallet, Digital On boarding, and Chat
platforms.
3. Proven working experience in Android/iOS app development and have
published at least –(02)- original Android/iOS app
4. Delivered projects in high-paced environments using cloud technologies,
agile methodologies, and DevOps.
5. Experience in system integration using APIs, Batch, and Messaging. Web
development along with native mobile applications.
6. Hands-on experience in Microservices and various database technologies,
including data streaming, SQL and No SQL databases, and in-memory
databases/caching solutions.
7. Working experience with any cloud provider will be an added advantage
