Key Responsibilities

  • – Responsible for leading towers within transitions like Knowledge transfer, hiring, technology and workplace enablement, PMO anywhere from across the Accenture India footprint as per project requirement
  • – Ensure the Transition methodology is well understood and adhered to
  • – Responsible in ensuring that the assigned tasks/deliverables are met as per defined timelines
  • – Execute processes with end to end accountability
  • – Establish Robust Project plan, clearly specifying various tollgates, tasks, planned/actual start and closure date, responsibility and completion status
  • – Establish organized ways of working through structured Governance Model & Escalation Matrix
  • – Analyze the situation, understand, set and manage the expectations from the client and the business to get things ‘Right the First Time’
  • – Set and manage expectations with both Internal and client stakeholders to ensure Zero surprises
  • – Assess potential delay in the project tasks/ deliverables, work with the respective stakeholders to ensure the delay is averted
  • – Interacts with all internal and client departments in project planning, align everyone to buy-in the project vision and work towards the common goal
  • – Takes ownership and follow-up with task owners on time to ensure timely and effective completion
  • – Strong Stakeholder management
  • – Bring thought leadership to the table that improves migration setup & implementation

CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • – Working experience of transition function
  • – Strong communication & presentation skills (verbal and written)
  • – Strong Executive Presence and Client management
  • – Ability to lead and manage culturally diverse teams across geographies
  • – Strong Interpersonal skills to build and maintain productive lasting relationships, even in difficult situations, with diverse people spanning internal/external organizations
  • – Demonstrated ability to lead & get work done from multifunctional teams
  • – High on drive and initiatives
  • – Self-confidence with assertive work style
  • – Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • – Good business acumen with ability to synthe creative solutions and consulting capability
  • – Out of the box thinker, problem solver
  • – Able to use Project / Process Management tools like MS Project, MS Visio, MS Office

Education Requirements:
– Graduate / Post-Graduate in any stream
– PMP, PRINCE2 certification (preferred)
Work Experience Requirements:
– 8+ years of total experience with minimum 1+ years of Project Management/ Solutioning experience
Other Requirements:
– Valid Passport
– Open to work in flexible shifts
– Flexibility in travel (as per project requirements)
