CTC: Max 4.20 Lacs
Location: Bangalore
Qualification: Graduation
Contract Period: 6 Months
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Coordination with zonal operations team to ensure key operations metrics are met.
2. Coordinate with vendors/partners as and when required
3. Coordination with internal teams for issue resolutions
4. Prepare weekly monthly dashboard reports for management review
5. Sending customer metrics daily reports viz. CSAT, UDBAD, escalations etc
6. Sync with multiple teams to close on material/cash pendency
7. Coordinate with multiple team to close for vendor payment on time
8. Coordination with low performing Hubs on Scale front and ensuring AOP Targets are met
Skills
1. Stakeholder management
2. Communication skills
3. Good skills in using MS EXCEL. Should be proficient in VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, basic logical arithmetic functions.
4. Problem solving skills
5. Prepare dashboard reports
