Job RoleSpecific Responsibilities • Implement real time feedback channels that support client experienceimprovements. • Administer surveys through third party tools (e.g. Confirmit, Qualtrics) andconduct analysis on survey output • Data preparation in Excel to send Surveys • Designs and test surveys in the survey tool • Produce reports of survey responses catered to different audiences • Support additional client research projects, as needed. • Log survey complaints in the system and close using action tracker detail • Support Client Service complaint analyses and action tracking process • Perform Root Cause Analyses • Help create data and materials to use in manager meetings, town halls, etc. Qualifications • Relevant experience in voice of customer or client experience role; idealcandidate will have experience executing journey-based / real time feedbackprogram and experience working with third party tools e.g. Confirmit,Qualtrics etc. • Ability to understand key business processes • Ability to synthe qualitative information and present concise, easy-to-read findings to an executive audience • Self-starter, ability to work both independently and as part of a team • Strong Excel skillsCTC – 5 LShift – 2:30 to 11:30 (Must be Flexible)Location – Bangalore
