    • Key Responsibilities : 1 Experienced in Dynamics CRM Development 2 Experienced in NET Development – OOP, TDD, Design Patterns 3 Experience with CRM Development including languages Net Framework, Visual Studio, SQL Server, SQL Integration Services, SQL Reporting Services, JavaScript and CSS 4 Assist Dev Lead with Technical Design Spec 5 Validate estimate of work item assigned to them 6 Communicate issues/risks to PM 7 Implement Unit Tests 8 Holding atleast one of the certifications: MB-900, MB-200, MB-2

    • Technical Experience : 1 4 years of Dynamics CRM development 2 Technical background including C, Net, SQL Server 3 Worked with Dynamics CRM Latest versions 4 Handled a small team

    • Professional Attributes : 1 Should possess good communication skills 2 Should be able to lead and guide the team proactively
