Meri Sadak service enables citizens to register their feedback regarding roads across India including PMGSY and Non-PMGSY roads which is available three languages – English, Hindi and Odiya. Meri Sadak mobile application was introduced as part of the government’s Citizen Feedback system. The application is meant for grievance redressal relating to roads built under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY) and Other Roads (Non-PMGSY).
