You will not only demonstrate the ownership for Automation Framework & Tools utilised by QE Teams, but also you would help us deliver delightful & consistent customer experience when it comes to L3 Support by building right set of tools and processes. To be successful in this role, you have to be a motivated self-starter and self-learner, possess strong technical analytical skills & have to be someone who welcomes challenges. You will also be writing code to reproduce issues or to demonstrate usage of CSP functionality. So experience writing, building and debugging Java code is a must. You will interface very closely with all the SaaS groups across all disciplines. Essential Functions: Design, implement & extend QE Frameworks and tools utilised for Functional Testing and monitoring automated deployments. Continuously enhance Functional Test coverage by automating Functional Tests using BDD-Cucumber based tooling in place. Understand features for various user facing components of CSEP, both from usage and debugging perspective. You will be helping in L3 Support by fronting all the incidents, help desk requests, issues, questions etc. and resolving technical issues through diligent research, reproduction, isolating and troubleshooting utilizing a wide range of skills across multiple cloud environments. Required Skills and Experience BS or MS degree in Computer Science, or a related field Work experience of 7+ Years in Technical domain Experience Solving problems in 3rd party application integration Solid skills fixing complex server side deployments Understanding of building and managing large-scale enterprise systems and application architectures Understanding of computer architectures (server, storage and network) Excellent project management skills and the ability to work in a dynamic and hectic work environment Demonstrate skills in priority setting, analysis, communication, time management, scheduling, and multitasking. Good to have, a minimum 3 years of professional programming experience in Java or related technologies.
