Detailed Job Description:
Job Description 1 Provide support for L1 incidents for WMS systems.2 Provide data fixes for the critical incidents to keep the DC operations running.3 Prepare test strategy as per various testing phases like system testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, production verification testing etc.4 Coordinate with the client and the offshore team members in order to expedite the fixes to incidents. 5 Participate in the meetings with client and team members.6 Candidate should have hands on experience in Manhattan Platform 2018 version or atleast Platform experience if not on 2018 version.7 Document the functionality and configuration and suggest best practices to improve the throughput of the warehouse.8 Understand the solution recommended and explore alternatives based on research and build proof of concepts.
QUALIFICATION : Any Graduate
