Roles and Responsibilities
Candidate should have 6-8 years of technical experience in Telecom and IT with relevant Cisco Contact Centre experience for at least 3-4 years . Requires advanced to expert level knowledge and understanding of architecture, applications, infrastructure, systems design and integrations. Experience in design of Managed Voice Services for Enterprise Customers in service provider platform
1. Strong working knowledge of Cisco Contact centre components including ICM, CVP, CTI , Dialer, Acqueon LCM, CUCM , CUSP, CUBE , VXML, VVB, ECE, CCDM, Exony-VIM, CUIC.
2. Knowledge of Hosted contact centre, multi-tenant architecture.
3. Good Knowledge on Virtualization technology (VMware, Nexus 1000v, UCS C/B series, Citrix, Microsoft etc)
4. Cisco ICM scripting or similar contact center application scripting experience
5. Cisco CVP Scripting or similar contact center application scripting
6. Cisco UCCE / HCS CC solution and Design experience for multiple customer requirements. 7. Experience with multimedia applications like CISCO Interaction Manager (CIM) Web Collaboration, Chat, email and Social Miner.
8. Experience with CUIC or similar contact center reporting platforms
9. Experience in Unified reporting solutions like Metrica, I- Analyse or other Customised reporting platform.
10. Very Good understanding on IVR Call flows
11. Good knowledge on Oracle / SQL Database to provide design level inputs and recommendations from Contact Centre platform perspective.
12. Good understanding on relevant telecom Standards of ITU-T, IETF, RFC and Protocols including SIP, H.323, RTP , Skinny,SRTP, SIP TLS.
13. Good understanding on LAN / WAN / MPLS / Firewall network design considerations and Bandwidth requirements.
14. Good knowledge on SIP Trunking solutions that will integrate with Contact Centre platform over IP (SIP or H.323)
15. Experience troubleshooting telecommunications equipment and technologies including TDM, T1, ISDN, etc.
16. Strong knowledge in Recording solutions like Verint ,NICE , Knoahsoft, Calabrio.
CCNP (Voice) , CCIE (Collaboration/Voice) ,UCCED (Unified Contact centre Enterprise Design)
