**Position**| Manager -Securitization —|— **Location**|Corporate Office – Andheri East | |* Preparing proposal note and providing the pool related and financial details to the investors. **Specific Responsibilities**|*Monitoring the securitised portfolio. ** **|*Should have knowledge of PSL/NPSL Loans. ** **|*Should have knowledge of direct assignment and securitization structure. ** **|*Brief Knowledge of Retail Asset Product (Home Loans, Loan Against Property, Gold Loans, SME etc.) ** **|*Ensure Investor payout monitoring & follow-ups. ** **|*Ensure better co-ordination with Investors, Trustees and external parties to provide End to End services. ** **|* Monitoring the cash collateral utilisation and top up in all deals ** **|* Counterpart and bank confirmation of securitization ** **|* Maintaining MIS of securitization deals
