Job description
Contribute to development of organization strategy
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, external regulations, ISO Awareness and information security standards.
• Responsible for business development & group performance levels related to established objectives & organizational goals
• Contribute to the evaluation and development of operational strategy and performance in co-optation with the executive team
• Implementation & stabilization of new migrations working with the migrations/Business Development team for operational excellence
Functioning of Select Departments
• Responsible for business development & group performance levels related to established objectives & organizational goals
• Provide leadership and guidance to Functional Managers or Front Line Managers with support in administrating company policies and standards
• Financial analysis & budgets reconciliation along with managing effective cost planning
• Collaborate with the internal stakeholders Admin, Training, Quality, IT, HR, etc. to deliver on services to ensure efficient operations
Project Management
• Act as a Client Care Officer by interfacing with client leadership and project team for streamlining delivery
• Coordinate with internal Sand Martin teams, and project leaders, to deliver a superior experience to the clients
• Ensure timely updates from Finance on all payments due from clients, and ensure payment terms are met
• Monitor and review Operational performance with respect to delivery SLA, Quality and stakeholders management
• Provide leadership and guidance to Functional Managers or Front Line Managers with support in administrating company policies and standards
Business Intelligence (BI)
• Analyze and anticipate industry & market trends
• Provide market perspectives and trends to the MD and management team
Human Capital Management
• Support HR in employee motivation, competence building & retention initiatives
• Identify & develop leadership talent within the function and enable succession
• Guide & motivate team & set objectives in line with employee capabilities & organizational requirements
• Identify career developmental needs & take appropriate actions to build an engaged and skilled workforce to deliver quality work
• Develop system and procedures for succession planning, progressive employee training and development programs identify and develop future leaders/ Domain experts.
