Job Description
Being a part of Cyient Intelligence Cell, you would be responsible for providing Sales intelligence to pursuit teams for strategic deals (multi-million dollar deals) and Key Accounts.
.In this role you would use your excellent analytical skills, understanding of macro-economic environment, knowledge about vertical/industry domain, knowledge about Engineering R&D space, research on the account/ deal, to help Account Leads and Sales Leads win.
.You will showcase strong aptitude for reading, comfort with number crunching, and ability to present your analysis in an objective and cogent manner to help the pursuit leaders plan the tactics.
.As a part of this role, you would be in close touch with Head of Large Deals, BU Heads, Horizontal Leaders, Account and Sales Executives, hence require good maturity levels to handle senior level discussions.
Pre-Requisites
.Tier-1/2 (IIM ABC/FMS/NMMS/XLRI/ISB B-School Graduate with 6 years+ of experience in an Engineering R&D firm/ IT Services Firm/Financial institution/ or business analyst role.
.The most important pre-requisite is to possess high quality analytical skills and a prior role showcasing the same.
.Having worked in Sales Intelligence is a big plus. Should be able to take ownership of all research output for the respective verticals/ practice areas and ensure highest quality in all offerings. Ability to take Intelligence Reports, presentations to their final Exec ready stage
.Should possess ability to form, articulate and defend an ‘opinion.
.Ideal candidate would have some experience in responding to RFPs/ RFIs and been a participant in deal pursuit cycle.
.Experience of a business analyst or prior participation in ‘requirements gathering would be an added plus (the selected candidate would not be involved in requirement gathering in this new role).
.Should have good understanding of macro-economic environment, technology trends, global socio- economic trends, business trends, etc. Interest in stock markets/financial analysis would be an added plus.
.Good in MS office.
.Innovative in approach and speedy in execution.
