Job Description :
Roles and Responsibilities Requirement elicitation, solution designing, test case preparation and
execution of test cases
2. Work closely with developers and testers
3. Manage key internal and external stakeholders and their expectations
4. Tracking of requirements using traceability matrix
5. Effective liaison & management of vendors, including negotiations, definition of
scope of deliveries & other commercial terms & conditions, ordering &
acceptance of deliveries
6. Implementation of Core/middle wares/Web based application, preferably for
financial industry
7. Evaluation of technologies, products & vendors for building state-of-the-art
technology based solution to business needs
8. Defining, ordering & managing IT applications projects
9. Projects ordering, execution, implementation & multi-location roll-outs.
10. Handling changes for Ongoing business applications
11. Vendor liaison & SLA management
12. Managing incidents
Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 6 years of experience as BA/Support Manager for LOS in Banking/NBFC sector.
