Description: HR Operations-Communication Incentive Compensation Management
• HR Operations Service Delivery experience with third party / clients (International)
• Night shifts – yes (6PM-3AM) – should be flexible
Must have led and been part of at least one HCM implementation – Workday/Success factor or Cloud based HRIS platform for International clients
Minimum 7+ years of experience in HR consulting & delivery for total rewards processes for International clients
Delivery & transformation experience with a sound knowledge of all Total Rewards processes comprising of Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation & Benefits etc.
Managed service delivery for total rewards process for international clients
Provide leading input for technology configuration – Cloud HRIS – Workday/Success Factors & local rewards systems
Absolutely fluent in English with no strong accent (No MTI)
