The Role Responsibilities
Balance Sheet Management

  • Preparation/ Monitoring cash flow (including co-ordinating with Business on Asset Pipeline)
  • Preparing of data %26amp; submission to Credit Rating Agencies
  • Partnering with ALM Head for ALCO related requirements. Preparation of all data/ packs/ monitorable for ALCO
  • Ensuring maintenance of NDA/ execution of new NDA with existing/ prospective Investors/Banks – Co-ordinate internally with Legal %26amp; externally with Investor/ Bank
  • Preparing of Investor Pack/ data/ other compliances as per sanction/ terms %26amp; submission to Investors/ Banks
  • Co-ordination with Operations/ Business/ Credit/ Finance to obtain data/ information
  • Assigning FTP Rate for new assets/ resets for Business
  • Submission of Regulatory %26amp; Group reporting requirement for ALM and Capital
  • Daily MI (Treasury Risk)/ Other MIS for Management/ ALM consumption
  • Preparation of data for Audit requirements – Stat, Internal, RBI, GIA, etc.
  • LRMF, LCR data maintenance/ preparation/ monitoring
  • Review/ Modification of LRMF/ ORF / other policies pertaining to Treasury Markets
  • Framing/ review of FTP policy and implementation of same for various new and existing products in consultation with Liquidity Risk team in Bank
  • Balance Sheet Forecasting
  • RWA and Cap Ad monitoring for Group and Local reporting, COFF workings
  • To implement appropriate internal controls and operating risk management/monitoring processes and procedures within the unit for ensuring integrity of Performance and Expense reporting and compliance with related group policies/standards

Expense Management

  • To provide support to Segment, Product %26amp; Function stakeholders/business finance, in relation to their expenses, including trends and variance analysis, forecasts and budgets.
  • To ensure monthly activities with regard to accruals and month end entries for the said segment and product costs.
  • To partner with the group, regional and country finance teams in providing analysis of their cost base and also providing assistance for project investment proposals/PEDs, etc.
  • To support GL substantiation and such other control activities related to expense management
  • Responsible for flash and pipeline activities for expense management.
  • Responsible for the planning and forecasting of costs for the Segments, Products %26amp; Functions
  • Support the Country Management team with timely and accurate MIS providing detailed analysis of the costs and also assist them in driving cost efficiency deliveries
  • Support the Senior Managers in the team for the Management Packs like CMT, MBR, other Adhoc group packs
  • To own the accounting, MI reporting, variance analysis of all Financial and Non-financial elements for Other Banking Segment
  • Co-ordinate the Competition data with the GFS teams
  • Review the activities of the GFS supports at periodic intervals and impart the necessary training or guidance to them to come up the learning curve to enhance and improve the offshore support that they extend in all production and analytical activity.
  • To implement appropriate internal controls and operating risk management/monitoring processes and procedures within the unit for ensuring integrity of Performance and Expense reporting and compliance with related group policies/standards

Our Ideal Candidate
Technical Skills

  • Qualified CA or MBA Finance
  • Minimum of 7-9 years’ experience
  • Should be a resilient, self-starter with well-developed communication %26amp; inter-personal skills – written and verbal.
