Manager – Finance Job For 5-8 Year Exp In Zycus Infotech Mumbai, India – 2966259

• Handling International accounting and compliance – US, UK, Singapore, Middle East, Europe.
• Managing cash flows & supervising international financial transactions of the organization
• Preparing annual financial report for the entire organization including supervising accounting & maintaining critical reconciliation controls
• Transfer Pricing Study analysis for all geographies.
• Drafting annual budget based upon organizational goals
• Business MIS with cost center reporting of Group companies/entities
• Ensuring timely closing of books of accounts in SAP software
• Monitoring International accounts payable
• Independently Handling Statutory and Internal Audits
• Payroll and related compliance of all the companies
• Providing innovative solutions on risk management
• Assisting the finance head in obtaining the financial data from several sources such as expenses incurred in the month, day, etc.
• Ensuring that the team meets deadlines & provides reports to the finance head on time.
• Exposure to implementation of SAP Consolidation and BI Tools for enhanced reporting

Requirements:

• C A / MBA Finance from premier institute with 5-8 years experience in Account and Finance (preferably International Division)
• Sound Exposure to MIS and reporting matrix
• Finalization of Books of accounts
• Preparation of Financials and notes to accounts
• Compliances – Local / Overseas (US, UK, ANZ, Singapore)
• Hands on experience in SAP and Excel
• Handled Internal and Statutory Audit
• Knowledge of International Taxation
• Exposure to Transfer Pricing
• Managed team of 3-5 team members would be preferred
• High at IQ and number crunching skills
• Team player and positive attitude to work
