• Support for Standard cost calculations during the plan cycle (Budget) for Loan License (LL) and Third Party Manufactureru2019s (TPM)
• Support for Ensuring of proper Standard cost maintenance in material masters during the year and its extension to HUBs and CFAs.
• Yearly yield and Bill Of Material corrections in SAP for LL in co-ordination with External Manufacturing Team.
• Support for Timely completion of Cost Audits for Health Care Services, along with all the divisions covered under Cost Audit.
• Exercising controls on inventory write off at various LLs and TPMs through mechanism of early flashing of near expiry and slow-moving stock.
• Ensuring of Weekly LL WIP run for Abbott Healthcare Pvt Ltd.
• Preparation of Cost Sheets for new R&D products & calculation of Z score for new vendor to assess vendoru2019s financial health.
• Updating details required for creation of material codes in SAP from Costing/Accounting perspective
• New product cost release in LL and its extension along with Baddi products to HUBs and CFAs.
• Updating Compete savings project report for each month.
• Monthly MIS which includes Purchase Price Variance (PPV) tracker, inventory provisions and re-class entries etc.
• Handling of internal/statutory Audit on inventory part.
• Preparation of Month End Review Template

Additional Responsibility is to:
Quarterly/Half yearly LL plant visit from financial perspective to check internal control
Capitalization of PPV and SRVSupervisory/Management Responsibilities

Minimum Experience/Training Required
Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in Pharma/FMCG Companies with expert knowledge of FI & CO module of SAP & MS Office platform.
