In this position you will deliver Operational perfection in Overhead month end close %26amp; reporting by ensuring integrity of the data. Tight control on Overhead spend including SC Overhead, Local Overhead, OTI, Restructuring and A%26amp;D reporting. Ability to drive process optimization and simplification with a continuous improvement attitude!Key Accountabilities
Process Skills

  • Ensuring trade spend rebate accruals are managed accurately through reconciliations and month-end accrual journal entries.
  • Operational excellence in actual financial result management reporting by ensuring integrity of the data %26amp; timely submission. Reconciliation and resolution of system interfaces issues.
  • Deep understanding of category level reporting hierarchies and the impacts from Disposals / Acquisition of products. Assigns product hierarchies to new products.
  • Deep understanding of order to cash process and SAP billing modules and its impact on financial results. Resolution of any billing issues with extended teams.
  • Proactive risk management and controls: making sure issues are identified %26amp; dealt with before/as they arise.

Minimum qualifications

  • Strong FP%26amp;A and analysis skills
  • University degree or equivalent
  • Good experience in CPG/ FMCG
  • Accounting/Finance degree is crucial, with achieved or working towards CPA/CA (or equivalent) qualification ,Good planning and organization skills – to handle challenging priorities
