Job Description :

  • Manage a team of 50+ associates
  • Identify and assess complex problems for area of responsibility
  • Propose solutions in situations which requires an in-depth analysis/evaluation of variable factors
  • Capable of taking independent decision
  • Flag risks to senior management and propose action plans where needed
  • Have an innovative mindset to identify improvement opportunities to optimize processes, decrease costs and increase SSC value
  • Require transformation mindset and eye for identifying automation/process improvement opportunities
  • Support the design, governance and adherence to standard processes
  • Supervises Individual Contributors, production and teams to ensure monthly deliverables are met based on service level agreement
  • Working in collaboration functionally with other shared services to deploy organizational strategy and design
  • Schedule regular operational reviews to enhance the quality of services to the customers
  • Facilitates development, coaches, mentors, interviews, resolves conflicts, and conducts performance evaluations
