CA with at least 5 years’ experience in an US MNC Well verse in USGAAP and IGAAP Accounting standards Good in communication skills With leadership qualities and is a team player. Candidate with supervisory experience would have an advantage. Knowledge in Oracle ERP Strong in logical thinking and a good problem solver Knowledge in Direct taxation With audit experience in BIG Four or first tier CPA firms
Job Description:

• Plan monthly and quarterly close
• Responsible for GL close as per USGAAP and India GAAP.
• Responsible for USGAAP and IGAAP reconciliations.
• Coordinate with the team members to complete the close, meeting stipulated deadlines.
• Maintain calendar with timelines and complete TDS returns , STPI , RBI and other legal filings required by Finance
• Interact with Statutory auditors about the audit and regular assessments which includes preparing necessary reports for assessments as and when required
• Prepare reports towards monthly close review
• Prepare reports towards close as per USGAAP
• Prepare all reconciliations for BS
• Prepare reports towards USGAAP & IGAAP
