Jobs Responsibilities:
Handling of entire Accounts and Finance function including fund management, taxation, audit, accounts, reporting, etc.
Presentation of monthly MIS & coordination with HOD of other Department
Handling of annual budgeting with a Business plan of all Plants
Finalization of monthly/yearly balance sheet with the co-ordination with auditors
Vendor payments
AR and AP Reports
Compliances with various Departments (Sales Tax, Excise, PF, ESIC, and Labor dept.)
Salaries and reimbursements
Timely Submission of statuary challans and Liabilities Payments.
MIS reporting
Handling TDS, PF, and ESI matters
Handling Sales Tax, Service Tax and Excise matters
Assist with Vendor negotiations
Manage relationships with Banks, external auditors
Manage external consultants
Reconciliation Bank, Vendors, Customers.
