Accountable for providing functional expertise in mechanical/electrical maintenance of equipment like conveyors, crusher, feeders, screens, separators, cranes, compressors, pumps, motors, stackers, reclaimers, heavy earthmoving machineries etc. and their related work flows. Validate current maintenance practices and modify as per mine site requirement or working conditions in SAP PM Master Data. Prepare and publish summary reports for identified changes and recommendations. Understand the client’s objectives, business drivers and devise an approach to provide solution for a problem statement.

Must Have Knowledge and Skills:
- Experienced in Operations & Maintenance of mineral processing plant, beneficiation plant or washing plant equipment.
- Involved in maintenance inline with requirements from production department, Inventory monitoring, spares planning, Safety monitoring and Housekeeping. Monitoring of equipment performance and suggest cost effective maintenance practices to improve availability.
- Ability to comprehend OEM manuals, Service sheets & engineering drawings to evaluate existing maintenance practices or create new.
- Experience in asset spare analysis and bill of materials.
- Knowledge in SAP PM Functionalities like Functional Location/Equipment Master data creation or modifications, Preventive/Condition-based maintenance strategy, Tasklist, Maintenance plan creation & scheduling, Measuring Points & Counters, Measuring documents etc.
- Basic knowledge of MS office tools – PowerPoint & Excel.
- Effective communicator and should have the ability to drive discussions with client and take decisions.
Work Experience: 3 to 8 years in maintenance
