We are hiring for Female Front Office Executive cum Office Admin for our IT Company in Jubilee Hills and below are the responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities:
• Attending all the incoming calls, responding to them and transferring the call to the appropriate department.
• Greeting the visitors at the office. Registering their names and contact details.
• Maintenance of important documents, files and records in an organized manner.
• Should be responsible for providing assistance to the heads in the administration department.
• Supervising the housekeeping department and ensuring that all the items are there in the stock.
• Communication skills should be strong in English, Telugu & Hindi.
• Should be very good in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Qualification: Any

Experience-0 to 4 Years(Only female)
