6+ years specifying, configuring, deploying and supporting SAP Sales & Distribution /or (SAP Customer Service – added advantage)
· Systems and integrated functionality from other SAP modules, preferably with experience in a global environment
· SAP Sales & Distribution or Customer Service consultant certification and/or certification in other mainstream SAP ERP modules
· Experienced configurator for SAP PS, MM, FI or CO modules
· At least two full cycle SAP implementations as Sales & Distribution or Customer Service Specialist
· Manufacturing industry experience
Key Responsibilities
Implementation of SAP SD supporting SAP functionality
• Analysis and documentation of current systems (processes, functions, methods and practices)
• Documentation of SAP ERP processes using prescribed systems analysis methodologies
• Configuration of one or more modules of SAP to meet documented user requirements
• Testing of configured SAP System
• Specification of reports, interfaces and special programs
• Education of key/end users in system operation
• Post Go-live Support
• Resolve implementation issues to obtain system sign off from management
Resolve business issues and user problems
• Progress resolution of SAP SD, CS and other SAP issues as assigned
• Liaise with users to ensure full understanding of business requirements and communication of solutions
• Record progress within SPX help desk systems
Provide business systems expertise to senior management
• Provide support to Order Handling & Fulfillment ERP Manager to identify opportunities for business improvement
• Determination of best practice processes for business units utilizing SAP SD and CS modules
• Organize, participate in and facilitate business process re-engineering workshops
• Implementation of new processes and education of staff
• Support executive decision making process by providing SAP SD and CS Systems expertise.
Contribute to Business Systems projects as Lead or Team Player
• Assist Order Handling, Logistics business managers with execution of complex customer orders
• Project Management responsibility for systems projects as assigned
Lead business process and business systems integration projects within Order Handling and Service process areas
• Provide SAP expertise to Program and Project Management
