Job Responsibilities:
• Develop, support and maintain Cross-browser/Cross-device solutions that work in multiple browsers (IE 11+,
FireFox, Chrome, Safari) on both Mac & PC and mobile devices (Tablets & Smartphones).
• Component and Template building in Kentico
• Enhance interactivity /usability on Kentico web portal
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, SASS, Bootstrap, etc
• Component building in Kentico, a plus
• Lead and provide support for all incidents and comply to the SLAs defined
• Receive Incident tickets from designated ticketing system, log, regularly communicate with customer on the
status, update corrective actions, and close out tickets based on defined procedures and policies
• Create applicable support tasks for all incidents for resource management and tracking purposes if applicable
• Coordinate with infrastructure vendor/ 3rd party as applicable
• Report the tasks on define intervals for review
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or a related field/experience required. 5-7 years’
experience required.
• 4 to 6 Years of experience required
• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed to resolve issues
• Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles
• Preferably with Kentico CMS expertise.
