Shift: 24*7 Role
Job Responsibilities:
• Transaction Monitoring for member banks.
• Performing settlement activities.
• Monitoring Health status of the applications.
• Monitoring Liability Manager.
• Supporting to Client internal teams.
• Supporting to Client (Production) L1 & L2 team in Production activities
• Performing MIS for UPI & BHIM
• Building team for handling all L1 Production activities for products UPI/BHIM/NUUP
• Uptime of the critical applications
• Handling UPI, BHIM & USSD online Production systems for 24/7 and ensure systems are maintained at 99.99% uptime
