Job Description Duties Include:
• Perform a variety of loan documentation duties on moderately complex loans
• Use comprehensive knowledge of policies and procedures for loan products • Process, review and / or close loans
• Interpret policies while analyzing applicant, property and documentation
• Order all required verification, documentation and subsequent follow-ups
• Manage an assigned pipeline of loans
Job Requirements Qualifications:
• 6+ months experience in customer service, loan administration, collections, or sales environment
• Team player with proven adaptability
• Degree preferred
• Advanced data entry skills, including 8000+ kph
• Quick learner • Attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
